Services

Choose your session

Both sessions are available in 60 or 90 minutes and blend several techniques, tailored to what your body needs.

Deep Tissue Integrated Massage

$115 60 min $170 90 min

Combines deep tissue massage with other modalities for a comprehensive session. It focuses on specific areas of tension, muscle tightness and chronic pain while promoting overall relaxation and well-being.

The technique
Deep tissue
Firm pressure and slow strokes reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, releasing chronic tension and adhesions (knots) that cause pain and restrict movement, improving circulation and supporting healing.
Trigger point therapy
Focused pressure on tight knots that refer pain elsewhere, releasing tension, easing spasms and improving overall muscle function.
Myofascial release
Sustained pressure and gentle stretching release restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissue around muscles and organs — so muscles move more freely with less pain and stiffness.
Stretching & range of motion
Passive or active stretching to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility and enhance muscle function.

Sports Recovery Massage

$115 60 min $170 90 min

Specialized massage to help athletes and active people perform at their best and recover faster — whether you're a professional athlete, a dedicated enthusiast, or simply active on a regular basis.

The technique
Targeted recovery
Training creates stress, tension and micro-tears that lead to soreness, fatigue and reduced flexibility. This session blends traditional, deep tissue and sports massage techniques to address them and support healing.
Circulation & lymphatic flow
Firm pressure and long, sweeping strokes boost blood flow so oxygen and nutrients reach muscles more efficiently, helping clear metabolic waste and reduce inflammation.
IASTM with the Graston tool
Instrument-assisted soft tissue work for a deeper, more targeted massage that supports performance and helps prevent injuries.

My philosophy

Human touch is a fundamental form of communication and connection. Through touch, we can express care, empathy, and compassion. Massage, in particular, provides an opportunity for individuals to connect with their own bodies and with others in a nurturing and supportive way. It can foster a sense of trust, deepen relationships, and enhance emotional well-being.

FAQ

Good to know

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your needs, preferences and goals. Some general guidelines:

  • Relaxation and stress relief: once every 2–4 weeks helps maintain relaxation and overall well-being.
  • Pain management and injury recovery: often weekly or every other week at first, then less often as your condition improves.
  • Athletes and active individuals: weekly or bi-weekly sessions can help prevent injuries, improve performance and aid recovery, depending on your training.
  • Chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis or chronic pain: massage can be part of your treatment plan, from weekly to monthly — your healthcare provider or massage therapist can guide the right frequency.
Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, by referral only. If you've been referred, text Whitney at (669) 254-8073 with your name, who referred you, and the type of massage you're seeking. She'll respond to set up a phone consultation.

Deep Tissue Integrated Massage focuses on chronic tension, tightness and pain. Sports Recovery Massage is geared toward active people and athletes, with a focus on circulation, recovery and performance, and can include IASTM with the Graston tool.

Do you have a policy on inappropriate behavior?
